1st ANNUAL CORPORATE ROWING
INDOOR CHALLENGE
Experience the simple total body, high calorie burning, low impact workout that is quickly becoming the rage in gyms and studios across the country. Like your business environment, this Challenge will require teams to come together and quickly establish a path to success.
To be effective, team members must have a mutual understanding and a reliance on one another. Everyone must ‘pull their weight’. Rowing is the ultimate team experience as it requires every member of the team to give total focus to the task in hand.
Local companies are invited to supply mixed, men’s and women’s crews of 4 people with little or no prior rowing experience for this fantastic team building experience. Training sessions are offered twice a week during the two weeks prior to the event. The RowAmerica Greenwich provides all the necessary equipment and coaching to bring the crews up to a competent standard.
Whether your need is to motivate employees or entertain trade customers, The Challenge is designed to inspire and entertain, leaving a lasting impression on all who participate. It works equally for customer entertaining as it does for employee motivation and teambuilding.
What is included in your package for the Indoor Rowing Challenge:
- A social event after The Challenge to enable co-workers to relax outside of their usual working environment

Price:
Option 1: $800 for 6 sessions plus Competition registration and social
Option 2: $400 for 3 sessions plus Competition registration and social
Option 3: $200 Competition registration and social Training Dates: from Feb 20 to Mar 3, 2017
Training times available: Monday, Wednesday from 6.30-7.30am or 5-6pm Location: YMCA – for training

Distance: 2000m Rules:
- You company must form a representative team and select a Captain. The captain of your team will need to register the team on www.rowamericagreenwich.com
- Open for Mixed teams, Female only Teams or Male only team max members: 4
- Each team uses one Concept II ergometer only
- Each team needs strategies to complete the distance in the shortest time possible
